Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Cold-Chain Logistics
All peptide products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. Orders include insulated packaging and ice packs where required. We recommend refrigerating or freezing products immediately upon receipt as specified in the product documentation.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked outer packaging. Product labels and documentation are included inside the package. A Certificate of Analysis is included with every order.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.
